Made from 60% Lazio Malvasia grapes, 25% Tuscan Trebbiano and 15% Semillon. It has a bright golden color and a slightly aromatic bouquet, wild flowers and white peach, while the flavor is distinct, salty and a little bitter in the finish, in line with the tradition of wines from Marino. Serve at 8°C with spaghetti cacio e pepe and fried baccalà.
