    100% Pinot Nero grapes. Matures 60 months on the yeasts. Greenish straw yellow color, elegant bubbles. Aromas of green apple and elder flowers, currant, grapefruit and tangerine, freshly cut grass. Lively and neat taste with a nice citrusy note in the finish. Long persistence.
