This 100% Verdicchio wine ferments in stainless steel and ages in both steel and large barrels. It has a medium, straw-yellow color and an amazingly focused aroma with a wonderful and well-defined note of mustard flower. The mouthfeel is lively even though the acidity is perfectly integrated, the fruit flavor is limited but has an excellent persistence and the aftertaste is saline. Surprising.
