    Made from Chardonnay grapes from young vines. A bright, straw color and a surprisingly defined and rich bouquet with notes of apricot, tropical fruit, iodine and chalk. The mouthfeel is taut, rich yet very fresh and dynamic with a very log and salty aftertaste.
