Coup de Foudre Pinot Noir 2015

Love at first sight, a wine to begin to understand Alsace Pinot Noir.  There are no contaminations and it is fragrant with a pale color and a composed structure making it seductively easy to drink. The essential notes of wild strawberry and sweet and light spice are very difficult to perceive in a technical tasting. The mouthfeel is elegantly caressed with sensations that sweetly exit leaving an aftertaste violet and elder caramel.
