Made from Chardonnay grapes an aged in barriques on the lees for ten months. The wine has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The aroma is already complex with evident fruity elements, notes of citron, some pineapple and yellow plum along with scents of vanilla and hints of flint in the background. The mouthfeel is decidedly saline with an excellent acidic tension that gives it freshness and grit, while the body has an excellent weight yet is not excessively alcoholic and the finish is very long and persistent. A sunny, Mediterranean Chardonnay with surprising elegance, a champion in its class.
