A blend of 60% Grechetto and Procanico and 40% Sauvignon that matured in stainless steel. This has a golden color and a bouquet of apricot, orange blossoms, honey and spice notes of saffron. The wrapping mouthfeel is saline and fresh with endless sensations of saffron and citrus.

A paradigmatic winery that is one of the most important and classic in Orvieto, an area where wine has been made since Etruscan and Roman times. The soil is rich in marine fossils that contribute elegance and salinity to the wines. In our 2018 Ultimate Guide to Italian Wine, their Pourriture Noble was named Sweet Wine of the Year.
