A distinct, bright-red color with a rich but not excessive aroma, perhaps because its youth still makes it a bit closed. With breathing, the bouquet opens with notes of black cherry and wild strawberry jam to then evolve without ever being explosive. Already evident in the aroma, in the mouthfeel the tannins have extreme finesse and while the wine is still a bit tart, it will have a long life and this vintage needs at least another five years.
