Blend of 80% Pinot Nero and 20% Chardonnay grapes cultivated at 700 mt on the Ficuzza hills. Classic method, 36 months on the yeasts. Bright straw yellow color. Thick and abundant bubbles. Fragrant and fruity, very clear fermentative aromas of bread crust, then yellow plums, hints of flint and wildflowers. Tense and agile taste, very pleasant foam. Good length in the finish.
