Cuprese 1997

I still have five vintages left to describe, spanning a period of 12 years, but this 1997 is truly ageless and does not even betray the year it was made, which we know was very hot and often produced wines that were ready immediately but did not last in time (this goes for both reds and whites throughout Italy). This one, on the other hand, has going for it a nice freshness and a citrus taste together with a broad nose spectrum, played on notes of rosemary and privet.
