That's right, a 1985, harvested 27 years ago. It may be 27 but does not show it at all. It brings to mind the film Highlander, with a very young Christopher Lambert, a fascinating Sean Connery and the splendid score by Queen with Freddy Mercury. This was the sixth-to-last bottle in existence and would perfectly fit in with those immortals. Yes, this is an immortal and enormous in its astonishing goodness, as if it was plucked from an unchangeable state of grace. One of the all-time great bottles of my lifetime.
