The key here is ‘natural balance’, one achieved by the environmentally sustainable type of farming this estate in the province of Treviso practices with pride. Cru del Tittoni is made from Glera (85%) and Perera (15%) grapes that are harvested fairly late and both the primary and secondary fermentation are quite slow. The color is a very clear straw-yellow with flashes of green reflections and delicate bubbles. The bouquet is very lovely and delicate with scents of white peach, pear, Annurca apple and tangerine, white rose and fresh aromatic hers. The flavor is perfectly in tune with the nose and has a wonderful streak of pungent acidity that excellently balances the sugar residue. Creamy and progressive, the aftertaste lingers on memories of Renetta apple. Very drinkable and pleasing.
