    100% Pinot Noir grapes. Partially aged in oak barrique. 70 months on the lees. White gold with greenish hues. Very fine perlage. Very refined nose of orange blossom, elderflower, hawthorn, bergamot currant and loquat. Juicy and complex palate, saltiness and acidity are wonderfully balanced by the fruitiness and the almond paste notes. Very captivating lingering finish.
