    100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Stainless steel only. Bright and clear cherry pink color. Very beautiful aromas of crunchy cherries, fresh roses, wild flowers and a unique touch of watermelon jelly. Fragrant taste, refreshing acidity. Agile progression and lively tannins. Average intensity in the finish with notes of little crunchy red fruits. Pleasant as aperitif but try it with a good fish soup as well.
