Made from similar proportions of Merlot, Cesanese and Syrah, it matures for a few months in stainless steel tanks. This is the estate’s young red wine and also constitutes the major novelty in the range. It has a bright ruby colour and a fruity nose, with notes of sour cherries, brambles, raspberries, blood oranges and black olive paste. The fruit on the palate is rounded and appealing, making it very easy to drink: this is a delicious small-scale red from the Castelli Romani.
