A white wine made from Cococciola grapes and aged in stainless steel. It has a clear, golden color and a bouquet with grassy scents of gooseberry on a background if tart pear. The mouthfeel has a voluminous attack but then a citrusy acidity emerges at the center of the mouth similar to that found in some Pecorino wines. The aftertaste is consistent with the flavor with its acidic notes. A wine that is certainly simple and clearly not ambitious but at the same time it is in no way dull.
