This Chardonnay has a clear, golden color and seems as if it was just bottled. Bottle aging has given it an incredible bouquet with scents that have an intensity and complexity that are hard to match. A fine example of how elegance, boldness and intensity can co-exist in perfect harmony. Distinctly balsamic, the aroma has acute sensations of wild mint and grapefruit as well as flint and spice. The mouthfeel is so wild it is like an angry cat in a bag, while the persistence is endless, eternal.
