The color is a bright garnet and the bouquet plays on the distinctness of the fruit, above all wild strawberry, embellished by particularly refined floral elements like violet rose. This was the result of contrasting conditions during a cool growing season and harvest. The mouthfeel opens with a bold acidity and also some captivating soft elements, due to a rich sweetness. The tannins are barely noticeable, as if they have been hypnotized by the extreme nature of the other components. The finish is good, subtle yet long.
