A golden-yellow color with some residual green nuances and a pronounced aroma of cut flowers, chalk and mineral notes and a balsamic finish. The mouthfeel is cutting with a nice consistency on the palate while the finish is long, making this wine one of the best in its category. (Ravenau is an undisputed master in the area, an authentic legend, as we will see in the next installments).
