100% Riesling Renano grapes. Stainless steel on the yeasts for 8 months. Shiny greenish yellow color. Very complex aromas of grapefruit, cedar, hints of hydrocarbon and flint. Tense, elegant, fresh, agile, sharp and very long finish.
