    Blend of 30% Chardonnay, 30% Sauvignon, 30% Riesling Renano and Pinot Grigio grapes. Stainless steel only on the yeasts for 4 months. Bright greenish yellow color. Clear, fruity and slightly aromatic notes of wild flowers, white peach, hints of fresh almonds and citrusy puffs. Neat taste, savory, very pleasant and balanced, delicate finish. Good persistence.
