The winter was mild, the spring normal and the summer cool, while a rainy autumn left a widow open for harvesting healthy grapes. The wine matured in barriques and medium-sized barrels and has an intense and nicely intact ruby color. The broad bouquet has floral notes, a little sweet spice, classic cherry scents and a hint of tobacco. The mouthfeel is fresh and dense, elegant and articulated, very territorial.
