85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Merlot. Matured 20-24 months in French-oak barriques and larger barrels. A cool year.
A dark and very lively color. The usual bouquet of wild berries and balsamic scents that are less evident. The mouthfeel is flavorful, sharper, with evident but excellent tannins. A nicely persistent aftertaste that recalls currant.
