    Made using only Vermentino grapes and matured on the less in stainless steel. The color is a bright, straw-yellow with green reflections. The aroma is very pleasing with its notes typical of the varietal when it is cultivated properly in the vineyard and worked properly in the winery in a way to preserve its primary scents: yellow fruit, including tropical, and refreshing green notes of aromatic herbs and Mediterranean shrub. The mouthfeel has a wonderful freshness and salinity and is very flavorful with a nice length to the finish. An extremely pleasing wine to drink by the bucket.
