A blend of 70% Piedirosso and 30% Aglianico that undergoes cryomaceration for 48-72 hours and ferments under controlled temperatures for 12 days to then mature in oak for 24 months. The wine has a bright, ruby color and an aroma defined by intense notes of tamarind, sour cherry, geranium, menthol and eucalyptus. The mouthfeel has an excellent acidic backbone, integrated tannins and a great salinity with a long and impressively persistent finish. An elegant and extraordinarily drinkable wine.

    Bottles produced: 6,000.
