While the color is almost golden, the aroma immediately has a distinct scent of anise which is followed by notes of grapefruit and yellow currant, plum and citron with balsamic nuances on a background of wood. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, fresh and exceptionally pungent and closes on brackish notes of iodine.
