    100% Sauvignon. Stainless steel on the lees for 7 months. Greenish straw yellow color. Clear, varietal and fragrant aromas of white peach, hints of exotic fruits, tomato leaves and anise. Tense and savory taste, fresh and agile, good body and delicate but long persistence.
