Best White Wine. Made from Timorasso grapes, a variety that had almost disappeared before being recently rediscovered. The wine ferments for 12 months before aging in the bottle. It has a straw color with golden reflections while the aroma has notes of hydrocarbons and flint that are almost sulfurous. The mouthfeel is consistent and saline with a nice persistence.
