    A Falanghina varietal 60% of which macerates on the skins to then age 15% in oak barrels, 45% in cement vats and the rest in stainless steel. The wine has a golden-yellow color and an aroma that opens with a note of yellow plum followed by those of pineapple, grapefruit and light smoky tones. The mouthfeel is saline, full-bodied yet taut with a long and slightly bitter aftertaste.
