    Made from only Falanghina grapes 100% of which macerate on the skins with 30% aged in oak barrels and 70% in cement. The wine has a bold, golden-yellow color and a citrusy bouquet with hints of ripe white apple, chamomile and wild fennel. The warm mouthfeel is very saline and has a nice acidity and in the finish there is an evident extract sweetness.
