This Camp du Rouss from Coppo is perfect to celebrate the winery's 120th anniversary. It has a bright and intense ruby color, an aroma of black cherry, nutmeg and cacao. The taste is distinct, nicely upheld by a typical spidity that is almost salty with a long and warm finish. Serve at 18°C , nice with cold cuts or a classic roast chicken.
