This blend of 70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano Soave ages in glazed cement tanks. It has an intense yellow color with aromas of medicinal herbs and medlar, while the flavor is distinct, taut, very balanced and long.
Serve at 10°C and pair with a fish fry, a sauté of mussels or some fresh, soft goat cheese.
