An equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot that ferments in stainless steel and ages for 12 months in French-oak barriques. The wine has a bold, ruby color and intense aromas of ripe, red fruit, including cherry jam, and notes of green peppercorn and chili pepper. The mouthfeel is quite full, flavorful and elegant with a nice freshness and a spicy finish.
