    100% Pinot Nero. Classic method, 101 months on the yeasts. Bright straw yellow color, thick and very elegant bubbles. Powerful aromas of chamomile flowers, white pepper, salted caramel, citrus zests and peaty puffs. Neat and smooth taste, attractive and rich finish, persistent.
