    40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Nero, 20% Pinot Bianco. Classic method for 43 years. Light straw yellow color, incredibly elegant bubbles, thick, continuous with bubbles that form chains successively. Enveloping aromas, incredibly neat with hints of white fruits, grapefruit, flint, wildflowers and ginger, for a varied and extraordinarily complex aromatic profile. Very agile taste, good acidity and refreshing, neat and elegant bobbles caress the tongue. Impressive persistence in the finish. Among the best ever produced.
