    75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero, 10% Pinot Bianco. Classic method, about 8 years on the yeasts. Bright golden yellow color and very elegant and abundant bubbles. Classy aromas, wide and complex notes of flowers, broom flowers, orange blossom, citrus, ginger and bergamot, chalky hints. Dynamic and sharp taste, creamy and enveloping, elegant spiciness and again notes of candied citrus and chalk. Light and attractive finish, deep and pleasant.
