Made from Moscato Bianco di Canelli and slightly filtered. The wine matures in glass for at least 24 months and has a straw-yellow color with slightly warm reflections and an excellent effervescence in regard to density and size. The bouquet is incredibly complex with notes of orange blossom, citrus peel, intense white floral sensations like gorse and hawthorn, enriched by a balsamic touch and hints of pink grapefruit. The mouthfeel is broad but has an excellent balance between the sweetness, not much, and the acidity. The finish has great persistence and elegance.
