An 'extreme' Valdobbiadene DOCG with no sugar residue made from 100% Glera grapes. This is a new wine that made its debut in July 2013. The color is a pale, straw-yellow and this wine made by the Charmat method seems to enclose and resolve contradictions: elegant aromas, sweet and soft sensations for an absolutely dry taste, harmonious and creamy. The bouquet is fine and simple with Abate pear and hawthorn, which return in the flavor with a delicate and caressing bead. A very pleasing drop.
