Although the color has become almost pink, the wine is anything but decrepit and age has only given it some crow’s feet lines. The aroma is sober but not old with notes of mushroom and sweet licorice and the more the wine breathes the more it becomes sprightly like an old woman who still wants to have fun. The mouthfeel is wonderfully thin and not incisive and speaks to your taste buds in a whisper.
