    Macerating for 21 days and sitting six months on the lees may seem an exaggeration for a ‘simple’ Dolcetto d’Alba but the result is truly convincing. The purity and crispiness of the fruit are joined by an overwhelming juiciness that leads to an amazing progression and a finish of great dynamism and surprising density.
