Bosan 2004

Here the wood is more evident both to the nose and mouth, where the tannins are more evident than in other vintages. This vintage preceded a change at the winery which resulted in significant innovations both regarding the wood used and the size of the barrels.  This was a year of experimentation and transition that unleashed notes that were out of the ordinary. The fruit continues to stand out in the nose but it is riper. The persistence is good.
