In this wine the toasted sensations and vanilla spice from the wood was more evident, while the color, too, betrayed that fact that this was a tired wine, not as clean as the others, with the fruit in the aroma leaning more towards jam. What stands out in the bouquet is the prune, dried fruit and the raisin scent. The structure of the mouthfeel is bold but less persistent and the finish is a bit off-key.
