    100% Glera grapes. Charmat method. Clear straw yellow color. Thick and fast bubbles. Aromas of yeasts, Abate pear, then wisteria flowers and hints of cedar. Citrusy notes of tangerine in the mouth. Great briny tension, very persistent finish.
