A transparent, luminous and intense red color and an almost foxy, wild and very spice aroma. Here the fruit penetrates the pipe tobacco before notes of currant jam spread and take over. The mouthfeel is very efficient, almost rustic, with Nebbiolo-like tannins upheld by an excellent texture. One of the most perspectival wines and its seraphic close yearns to be paired with wild game.
