    Blend of 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave grapes. Stainless steel only on the yeasts for 6 months. Very neat, typical aromas of exotic fruits, white peach, whitehon flowers, green olives paste and hints of fresh almonds. Tense, rich, savory, warm and agile, good body, neat and satisfying drinkability.
