Made from only Biancolella grapes that ferment and age in stainless steel with the wine sitting on the less for at least eight months. The wine has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections while the broad and intense aroma has scents of citrus, dried salt, aromatic herbs, ‘goccia d’oro’ plums and yellow flowers. The mouthfeel is consistent with the aroma with flavors of salt, citrus and Mediterranean brush while the acidity is sufficient to balance the 12.5% alcoholic content. The finish is long and tasty.
