This is made from only Grillo grapes grown in the western part of the island, where they are truly indigenous. It is a white with a sunny color that offers a decidedly fruity bouquet with notes of pineapple, yellow plumb and ripe golden apples. The flavor is salty, making it a very pleasing drop, and it is almost dangerous for how easy and wrapping it is. It closes with an excellent persistence. Note the excellent quality/price ratio.
Drink at 10°C and pair with swordfish steaks salmoriglio or spaghetti in clam sauce.
