Made from 100% Grechetto grapes grown in Todi, this has a bold, straw-yellow, color that tends towards golden. The aroma is fresh and lively with strong exotic fruit scents. The acidic structure is quite distinct and promises a nice long life for the wine. The intense aromatic persistence is good, making this white excellent to pair with fish and meat dishes.
