Bianc d Bianc Brut 2009

Produced by a family enterprise that has been celebrated for its vermouth since 1891. This wine is made with only Chardonnay grapes from a single vineyards and sits on the lees for 60 months. It has a bright, golden color and aromas of apple pulp and linden, bergamot and Melissa flowers. The mouthfeel is pleasing thanks to its measured acidity and the finish has sensations of honey with a dynamic salinity and a nice persistence.
