Made exclusively with Petit Arvine grapes and only stainless steel is used for fermentation and aging. It has a clear, straw-yellow color and an intense and aromatic bouquet of citrus fruit, above all citron and grapefruit, yellow plum and rhubarb, while the floral element has scents of rose and hints of wild flowers. The mouthfeel is pronounced, fresh and mineral with a tension and salinity that balance and uphold an aromatic complexity that makes the wine extremely drinkable and gives it a pleasing finish.
